Asset Sense (assetsense.in) is a leading prop-tech and workspace provider with presence in 15 locations across India. Having established expertise in Virtual Offices and Coworking, we are now launching our newest vertical — Managed Office Solutions.

Role Purpose

As the first point of contact for the Managed Office vertical, you will manage the complete lifecycle of property inventory — from sourcing and marketing to client engagement and site visits. This is a high-growth role designed for future leadership.We are looking for a dynamic, versatile, and proactive Sales Coordinator to spearhead the operational and marketing efforts for this new division.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Sourcing & Management

  • Property Hunting: Daily monitoring of property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.) to identify potential managed office spaces.
  • Broker Relations: Build and maintain a network of local real estate brokers to get "off-market" leads and fresh inventory.
  • Website Management: Uploading and updating property listings on the Asset Sense website, ensuring high-quality descriptions and accurate data.

2. Marketing & Outreach

  • Social Media Advertising: Promote available managed offices across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to generate organic leads.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in creating basic content (photos/videos) for office listings.

3. Sales Support & Client Engagement

  • Lead Coordination: Filter leads and handle initial client communication
  • Site Visits (20% Field Work): Conduct physical site visits (20% field work) for high-intent clients
  • Office Operations (80%): Manage documentation, databases, and internal reporting (80% office operations)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to interact with landlords, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Digital Savvy:Proficiency in using property portals and a solid understanding of social media platforms for business marketing.
  • Adaptability: A "startup mindset"—the ability to pivot strategies and take on varied tasks as the new vertical evolves.
  • Negotiation:Basic understanding of real estate terms and the ability to negotiate with brokers for better information and access.
  • Organization: Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple listings and client follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Technical Tools: Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets/Gemini/ChatGPT for tracking leads and inventory.

  • 🚀 Commission: Earn 8% to 12% incentive on the total commission received from every managed office lease you facilitate.
